Service and Delivery Policy

This Service and Delivery Policy explains what you receive when you book on Reachly (reachly.pk) and how that service is delivered. Reachly provides digital services only. No physical goods are sold or shipped. This Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

1. What You Are Purchasing

When you book on Reachly, you are purchasing a scheduled, live, one-on-one video call session with a Creator, mentor, or expert. Session types and durations (typically 15, 30, 45, 60, or 90 minutes) and prices (typically PKR 500 to PKR 5,000) are set by each Creator and shown clearly before you pay. All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

2. How the Service Is Delivered

Because this is a digital service, there is no physical shipping or delivery.

  • On successful payment, you receive an instant booking confirmation.
  • A video call link (Google Meet) is generated for your booking and delivered to you by email, WhatsApp, and in-app notification.
  • Reminders are sent before the session so you do not miss your slot.
  • At the scheduled date and time, you join the session using the link provided. The Creator hosts the call.

3. Delivery Timeline

Booking confirmations and video links are delivered immediately after payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes. The session itself is delivered at the specific date and time you selected during booking. If you do not receive your confirmation or link shortly after paying, please check your email spam folder and contact support.

4. Your Responsibilities

To receive the service, you are responsible for:

  • Providing an accurate email address and phone number at booking.
  • Having a working device, camera, microphone, and internet connection.
  • Joining the session on time using the link provided.
  • Conducting yourself respectfully during the session.

5. Creator Responsibilities

Creators are responsible for attending and hosting their booked sessions at the scheduled time, delivering the session type as advertised in good faith, and maintaining professional and lawful conduct. Creators are independent parties and not employees or agents of Reachly.

6. Rescheduling and Cancellation

Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled subject to our Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy. Please review that Policy for notice periods and eligibility.

7. Recording and Content

Sessions may only be recorded with the explicit consent of all participants. Reachly does not record or monitor the live content of sessions. The advice, opinions, and information shared in a session are provided by the Creator and are their responsibility, not Reachly's.

8. Supported Regions and Currency

Reachly currently operates in Pakistan, with all transactions in PKR through supported payment methods including PayFast, JazzCash, and EasyPaisa. Followers from other regions (such as the Pakistani diaspora) may book where supported by the available payment methods.

9. Support

If you experience any problem before, during, or after a session, our support team can help with rescheduling, technical issues, and disputes.
